Kristo has always drawn. His training as a scientific illustrator at the Kunstgewerbeschule Zürich gave him the tools to do this professionally.

Kristo has not been illustrating professionally for a long time. However, in his spare time he has created a large number of unusually detailed drawings with views from Havana.
The ingredients.
Colonial architecture, tropical vegetation and museum-ready vehicles: these are the ingredients for Kristo's works, which show the streets and parks of the Cuban capital.
Is it already craftsmanship or only art?
The style of Kristo’s paintings is derived from the reconstruction drawings he executed for archaeological publications and historical exhibitions.
